Do I need to replace my cameras?
No. Oxania works with the IP cameras already installed in your store, regardless of brand in most cases. Your integrator checks compatibility during the initial audit.
How long does it take to be up and running?
Generally less than a day: connection, calibration of sensitive zones, then commissioning. Our integrator partners and our teams handle it together, from the initial audit to the onboarding of your staff.
Who decides in the event of an alert?
You stay in control from start to finish. The AI does the thankless work: it watches continuously and sends you the video clip at the right moment, with context so you can judge in a few seconds. Where are the videos stored?
The video feeds from your cameras stay on your premises, in your store. Only clips linked to an alert leave the site: they are retained for a limited period, on servers located as close as possible to your country. The communications are encrypted and your data remains under your control.
Does the AI identify my customers?
No. No facial recognition, no database of individuals, and no matching between two visits by the same customer. The AI analyzes what happens in the aisle, not who is there.
